We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
A product is only eligible for replacement if a wrong or damaged product has been delivered and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
In some cases we will consider returning / replacing / refunding the product / order.
1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
2. Please send us 2 images of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images via whatsapp at 9833263560 from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request with pictures. All return courier/ logistics charges in this case will be beard by customer. Once the product is received our quality assurance team will check and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. We will notify you once the refund is processed.
Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. Product should be unused and in the original condition
